We are creating a new position that heavily focuses on:
- Accounting: Aligning the company with monthly close reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and management commentary
- Control: Setup of an internal revenue, cost, and profitability report to analyze performance and make strategic decisions
- Finance and Treasury: Primarily focus on optimizing operating working capital
- Monthly payroll statements for employees, consultants, and international freelancers
A central task will be to define the needs regarding financial processes together with management.
The finance manager will also be involved in implementation when it comes to building sustainability reporting.
You will report to the direct supervisor at the Finance/HR level and to the Managing Director. In terms of a long-term succession plan for Finance/HR responsibilities, this challenge also offers potential for your personal development.
In collaboration with your supervisor, you will lead the transformation of financial and sustainability processes within a highly profitable company.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business and Commerce (Master's degree) or an equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in financial management with a track record of process improvements and ERP experience
- Deep understanding of financial control, reporting, and net working capital optimization
- Experience with the implementation of ESG guidelines is a plus.
- Excellent team management skills
- Strong communication and social skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
- Fluent in English and German
